In an effort to decrease warranty problems, all defective items
under warranty must be shipped directly to the factory or warranty
repair facility. This will speed up turnaround time by reducing
the transit between the customer and warranty location.
Most manufacturers
require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before
they will accept a warranty return.
Call JTI, or the proper warranty facillity, to request an RMA number
before returning any defective product to determine the best and
fastest solution to the problem. Any defective product shipped to
JTI without prior authorization or a RMA number will be refused
and returned to the shipper at their expense.
When returning a defective item, be sure to follow these steps:
*
Write a brief description of the problem and place it inside the
box.
* Be sure to include Your Name and Return Address
* Write the RMA (Return Merchandise Number) on the Outside Box.
